Revolut is making history in Romania…at least in the wallet. The FinTech giant has launched a numberless card in the country, stripping away the printed digits as a quiet but meaningful step forward in protecting cardholders from fraud and data exposure.
According to information published by Revolut, the complete data remains available exclusively to the holder through the Revolut application. For online payments, users can consult the necessary information directly from their digital account, without it being visible on the card itself.
The British FinTech reported over 4.9 million users in Romania at the beginning of the year.
