Wero Keeps Expanding Into Digital Banking
Hey Digital Banking Fanatic!
Europe's homegrown answer to PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa just landed inside one of the continent's biggest digital banks.
N26 has rolled out Wero for customers in Germany and France. Send or receive money in seconds using just a phone number or email, no IBAN needed.
This is actually a big deal, you may ask "why?", Wero is the EU's best shot at a truly pan-European payments network, and putting it inside digital banks' apps like Revolut, bunq and now N26 means millions of digitally native users get it by default.
Europe is finally building its own payments stack.
