Episode Six adds a real-time trust check for tokenized money
Hey Digital Banking Fanatic!
Issuing a stablecoin or tokenized deposit is one thing. But how can a bank be sure that the token presented for redemption is genuine and still backed?
Episode Six wants to solve that problem with Verified Backing, a new capability within its E6 Token Control Ledger. It checks the backing when a bank issues a token and verifies that it remains outstanding when the token is redeemed, before any cash is released.
The difference is timing. Traditional reconciliation often identifies issues after the fact, while Verified Backing checks at the two moments that matter most: issuance and redemption.
For banks exploring tokenized deposits and stablecoins, that adds another layer of control as digital money moves between wallets and across networks. Because adoption isn't just about making money programmable; it's also about making sure the money can be trusted.
